Welcome Fellow Victims

Warning!

The aim of this blog is to protest against a company called EasyInfo. I believe they have done hundreds of people harm by promising services they do not deliver, including myself!

If you or anybody you know have had a good or bad experience with them then please post it here on this site and become a follower.

I'm sure that the bad will outweigh the good and bring this company to justice! - Richard Krugel

P.S Stick to the facts and be honest!

Let's get it started. I have had enough!

EasyInfo is an online directory to those who don't know, or to those who wish they never knew! They wrote the following on their website and I quote:

"EasyInfo has established itself as the first and leading online directory in South Africa. Directories have proven to be the key area for both home and business service and equipment enquiries. EasyInfo has established a cross media presence incorporating Internet, Print editions and more recently Mobile in order to maximize and leverage exposure for clients and value offerings to customers looking for information."

Now reading that sounds great, but believe me I know better and so does many others. It just took a little bit of investigation to find out that they have quite negative following.

The pie chart at the bottom of the page link tells a revealing story. With stats like that it is amazing how a business like EasyInfo can survive!

What gets me the most is that most of the people's complaints go about the same topic: Signing a contract, receiving poor or no service as promised by their sales agents, wanting to cancel the contract but can't, and like me having to pay them R 60 000 for no service delivery and not to mention an ITC.

I have to be honest, that since this incident, I always make sure to read the fine print on any contract, but surely how can it be legal to pay this sum of money for services not rendered? Their response to all of this? Sorry you signed the contract! No refund!

This sums up my side of the story in a reduced version.

So let's get this blog started, post your comments, become a follower and let's do something about this!

P.S. Apparently there is plans to take this issue to Carte Blanche according to HELLOPETER.COM  Click on the link and see for yourself.

All the best and lets get a following here, tell your friends and everybody you know that has been affected  by EasyInfo.
